1. Start by clicking on the blue button on the left side that looks like this
2) Mark the area you had an issue with - click "capture screen for the selected area"
3) Then use the options to add text, arrows, or draw within your selected area
4) Add the image by clicking the "checkmark" icon to the far right, then you can add the context as text within the before before you submit
5) You will be notified by email + within the app if the developers have any questions or feedback
